Whats Stopping YOU: Discussion Group:

This weekly group will be facilitated by two of more practitioners from the Folkestone Complementary Health Centre and is especially for people who may have for whatever reason lost confidence in themselves and others.

Perhaps you have been made redundant or you recently broke up with your partner or some other personal event has thrown you through a loop.

Christmas can be especially difficult if you are dealing with these things so this Discussion Group could be right for you. We will discuss topics such as: meeting new people and how to network, or, how to get your life back on the right track again and other related topics. The group which will be quite small and informal will run on Tuesdays (changed from Thursdays) from 1 to 3pm and refreshments will also be provided. Cost is £2.50 per session. The Discussion Group will be held at The Folkestone Complementary Health Centre - right in the centre of Folkestone.
